How to update learner details in bulk
Bulk learner updates can be made for the following:
- End dates
- Date of birth
- Client reference numbers
- Primary tutors
- Secondary tutors (specific information for bulk uploading secondary tutors can be found on this link - How to update secondary tutors
- Email addresses
- Mobile numbers
- Programme levels
To complete this process you must first export your list of learners. Instructions on how to export can be found in the guide below.
Once you have exported the learners, amend or add the relevant data for the learners you want to update.
Remove the rows for any learners that do not require any updates.
Once all changes have been made to the spreadsheet, save and close it.
From the 'Learners' dropdown, select 'Import changes'.
Click 'Select file to upload' and then choose your updated spreadsheet.
Then click 'Import learners' to update the user records.
