Please note: you will require client admin access rights to perform this process.
How to remove a Client Admin
To remove a user who has been assigned client admin access only, go to the 'User' screen.
Click 'Edit' alongside the user you wish to delete.

Update the user’s access to a tutor and save the change.
In the 'User' menu you can now click 'Delete' to remove the user.

How to remove a Tutor Manager
To remove a user who has been assigned a Tutor Manager role, go to the 'Tutor Admin' page, where you can see which tutors they are assigned to.
Click into each tutor they are assigned to, click 'Edit' and assign a different tutor manager.

Alternatively, choose the option 'Select Manager' from the dropdown menu in the tutor manager field and select a different Tutor Manager.

When the user has been removed as tutor manager from each user, go back to the 'User' page and select 'Delete' alongside the relevant user.
If the staff member has both Tutor Manager and Client Admin access, please follow the above Tutor Manager instructions, followed by the above Client Admin instructions.
