How to export a list of learners

How to export a list of learners from Cognassist

Go to 'Edit learners' and then select 'Export learners'.  

On the right-hand side, select the drop-down to show all learners. This will enable you to see all live learners and those with an end date in the past.

To select all learners shown in this list, tick the box next to the 'Learner' header, or select individual learners by ticking the box next to their name. 



You can also filter your search options by clicking on the 'Add filter' button.

 

Once you have selected the learners you want to export, click the 'Export Learners' button on the right-hand side of the screen.

This will download a CSV file containing the selected learners.
