Adding notes for your learner
There are two options to add notes for your learner.
Option 1)
Click into the learners profile and select the learner progress option to display the current month's modules.
Click the 'Add Note' option alongside the module.
Option 2)
Locate and open the learner profile you wish to add notes to.
Select the 'Notes' option.
Here you are able to add a new note related to the learner's engagement or experience with Cognassist, or any tailored support you have provided for the learner.
Notes are important evidence of learning support and will appear on intervention reports. You can also use this area for adding collated notes if more than one module is discussed in your session.
