Why is my learner showing on Not Registered?

If your company has decided to delay assessment results, it is to allow the tutor/coach to have a discussion with the learner about their cognitive diversity report prior to the learner accessing their support material.

This process gives the tutor/coach time to discuss the support they can provide the learner and discuss the Cognassist monthly strategies that will be provided to help support their learning and their everyday life.
