What do the different "Learner Status" mean?

There are 5 statuses for learner's:

Not Started - Learner has not started the assessment.  Learners with this status will need to complete their assessment by clicking on the "I'm ready to take the assessment" button in the email invitation.

In Progress - Learner has started the assessment, accepted the terms and conditions, but not completed the assessment.  If required a new assessment link can be sent to the learner.

No need identified - Learner has completed the assessment and did not identify with learning needs.  Learners with this status will not have login details as the have nothing further to complete on the Cognassist platform.

Monitor & Review - The assessment has identified that the learner may require support in some domains despite the indexes being within the expected range. As the name suggests, the learner should be monitored in case they require more support.

Consider Needs Assessment- Learner has completed the assessment and did identify with learning needs.  We recommend completing a needs assessment with the learner to understand and outline what support and the level of support required to enable their course completion. The learner will be able to log in to the Cognassist platform once they setup their login details from the Get Started email they receive.  They will then have 4 strategies to complete each month for the duration of their training programme.
