How to send a registration email

How to send a registration email to a learner

If you wish to identify which learners have not yet activated their account, this can be done by going to the 'Learner Progress' page via your menu. 

The way in which this information is displayed depends on whether your organisation has requested delayed registration.  Delayed registration allows tutors to provide feedback to the learner and restricts the learner registration invite email being sent.

If your organisation has requested the delayed registration option, learners who are not registered will be displayed as shown below.

If your organisation has not opted for delayed registration, learners that have not been registered will be displayed as shown below.

Click onto the learner name to open their learner profile. 

Click the 'Learner details' button which will take you to the learner details page.


Click 'Resend registration invite' to email the learner to set their password for the first time and access the platform.
