How to remove someone from the platform

Client Admin guide to removing staff - (Staff with Tutor Manager and/or Client Admin access)

Client admin access is required to perform this process.

Log into the platform and select the 'Users' icon. Locate the user and click 'Delete'.



If the 'Delete' option is not showing, the user has learners assigned to them that must be assigned to another tutor before they can be removed. 

Steps for updating a tutor can be found here:  Updating Primary Tutor. 

Once all learners have been reassigned, go back into the user screen and click 'Delete'. If this option is still unavailable, please contact support@cognassist.com
