Programme Levels

Programme levels are set when the learner is created within the platform. If your learners are uploaded via an API, the programme level may need to be added after the learner profile has been created. 

The programme levels shown below are the equivalent levels of education. Programme levels have no bearing on the assessment results, however, if a learner identifies with a status of 'Monitor and Review' or 'Needs Assessment Required', the modules provided to support the learner are based on this level.  

  • Programme Level - the programme level is the equivalent of the following levels of education:

    • Programme Level 1    NVQ Level 1

    • Programme Level 2    GCSE A*-C grade

    • Programme Level 3    A level

    • Programme Level 4    NVQ Level 4

    • Programme Level 5    Foundation degree

    • Programme Level 6    Degree with honours

    • Programme Level 7    Master's degree

    • AEB                            Adult Education
