I'm a learner and I can't log in

If you have not already taken your assessment, access the platform by clicking on the 'I’m ready to get started' button in your Cognassist assessment invite email. Further instructions can be found here: How do I access the assessment

 

If you have already taken the assessment and it did not identify any areas for support, you are not required to complete anything further on the Cognassist platform however, you maybe sent an email to create login details which will allow you to access the platform to view your simplified report.

 

If you have already taken the assessment and it did identify areas to provide support, you will be provided with strategies and support to get the most out of your course. 

Once you have completed your assessment, you will receive a 'Get Started' email to create a password. You are then able to access the platform.

If you have not received this email, please contact your training provider and they will be able to help you.

In some cases you maybe able to request a registration email by selecting the forgotten password option on the login window.

If you have logged in before but can’t remember your password, you can follow forgotten password link on the login page.
