I am not receiving emails from the Cognassist platform what can I do?
We advise all users to check the following to locate emails sent from the Cognassist platform.
1) Check the email address that you are expecting the email to arrive to is the same email address that is registered in the Cognassist platform.
2) Check your Junk/Spam and Promotions folders to locate the email.
3) If you have confirmed your email address is correct and you are unable to locate these emails in your mailboxes you may need to Whitelist our domains to allow you to receive emails from the platform. Please see our Whitelisting guide for further information.
