When you login on a mobile device you may be presented with a white screen after you have entered your email address

When logging in on a mobile device you may be presented with a white screen after you have entered your email address.  The reason for this is that the URL https://app.cognassist.com is taking you to our desktop site, which can only be displayed on a mobile device or tablet if you change your view to desktop view.

To access the platform on a mobile device or tablet use the URL https://app.cognassist.com/account/login
