You can now see a full history of Cognassist emails sent to any learner, including assessment invites, registration invites, and engagement reminders. This guide walks you through how to access communication history and how to send a new communication.
Communication history is accessible in two places: from the Learners list, or from within a learner’s profile. Both show the same information, so you can use whichever is most convenient.
Navigate to Users > Learners in the left-hand menu. All your learners will appear here.
Find the learner you want to check and click the three-dot menu (⋮) at the end of their row.
A modal will appear showing a log of all Cognassist emails sent to that learner, including the date, time, and communication type.
From the Learners list, click on the learner’s name to open their profile.
Click the Communications tab at the top of the profile page.
The full history will display in a table showing the date sent and communication type for each email.
As well as viewing history, you can send a new communication to a learner directly from the Communications tab.
From the Communications tab, click the Send communication button in the top-right corner of the page.
Select the type of communication from the dropdown, for example “Send engagement reminder”.
The communication will be sent immediately, and a new entry will appear in the history table.
