Taking a full screenshot

To take a full screenshot of your screen, you need to press the Alt button on your keyboard and the PrtScr button at the same time.  This will enable you to paste it into an email or word document.  To then paste into a word document or email click where you want it to go and press CTRL + V

You can also use a tool called the "snipping tool", which allows you to take a partial or full screenshot.  This can be found already installed on windows computers.
