Screen Calibration Error Message
I’m getting an error message 'Screen Calibration' when starting my assessment , what do I do?
The screen calibration error message is to inform the user that their settings are not suitable to run the assessment. The current settings of the web browser or device are too high or low to display the assessment.
To resolve this error message please complete one of the following options, in some cases both maybe necessary.
- Reduce or increase your web page zoom % until you can successfully click on the continue button. Your web page zoom % can be found in Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge by clicking on the three dots at the right of your URL bar. If you are using a different web browser, please search how to complete this function.
- Ensure your screen resolution is set above 1152 X 864 and that you can see all the dashboard. To check your device settings, go to your settings app and select to adjust your screen resolution to the recommended settings. We recommend closing your assessment when changing these settings, once your settings have been amended click on your assessment link to reopen.
