I’m getting an error message 'Screen Calibration' when starting my assessment , what do I do?
The screen calibration error message is to inform the user that their settings are not suitable to run the assessment. The current settings of the web browser or device are too high or low to display the assessment.
To resolve this error message please complete one of the following options, in some cases both maybe necessary.
If you have followed the recommended steps and are still receiving this error message please send a full screenshot of your settings window showing your screen scale and layout settings along with your devices web page zoom percent to support@cognassist.com.
