Password reset
I need to reset my Password how do I go about doing this?
To reset your password go to the URL https://app.cognassist.com
On the login page, enter your email address and click next.
On the next page, click on the “Forgot password” option. Your email address will already be populated.You will then be directed to the below window. Please check your email address is correct, once confirmed click continue.
A forgotten password will be emailed to you. We recommend checking junk/spam and promotions folders to locate the email if it has not arrived into your inbox.
