New learner already on the system

New learner already on the system

I've tried to set up a new learner, but the system is saying their email address already exists.
First check they are not already registered on the system, both live and off programme learners.  This can be done in Edit Learners.  If you can't see the learner, please speak to your Cognassist admin within your company/college, as they may be there, but assigned to someone else.

If the learner is not already on the system, please contact support@cognassist.com with the learner's name and email address and if known any previous training provider.
